My Vectra - jinxed! 
One thing after another..
Just got it back from bodyshop today all nice and fixed (well almost, but thats another story) and i just washed it earlier tonight before going out and i thought i'd better test the indicators as the bodyshop just fitted a new one. Anyway, i found out that the one that the bodyshop has fitted isn't working but the rest are so i thought it'd be ok for the rest of the week and i'd take it back down to bodyshop at weekend to get it sorted..
I needed some petrol to get me to work in the morning so i thought i'd go and get some tonight. On way out of petrol station there was a police car coming so i thought i'd better pull out infront of him so that he was following me and wouldn't notice my broken indicator. He followed me around a couple of round abouts where i'd had to turn right (broken indicator on the right) but he didn't pull me so i thought i'd gotten away without him noticing, little did i know that because my front is broken, the rear one flashes twice as quick.. Doh!
Pulled. Inspected. Producer given for defective f/o/s indicator and n/s repeater hanging out of it's housing (which i had just tried glueing into place earlier aswell - obviously didn't work though). Thought i was going to get done for baldy tyres aswell because the outside edge (about an inch or so) of both front tyres is baldy but the rest still has loads of tread so i got away with that. I only just noticed the tyres when i was picking the car up from bodyshop earlier so they'll need replacing soon aswell.. 
I'm gonna need my own personal filing cabinet with Northumbria Police soon..
