right basicall i officially left my job on the 20th of march(thats when they got my resignation) and just before that i was paid on the 17th of march, but lo and behold yesterday morning i recieved my next payslip through the post! its not a copy of my old one as this ones got more money on it and has tips ect
nothing s actually in my account yet??
will it go in on pay day?
shall i swiflty empty the account when it does incase they want it back?

they cant take money back they give you. they cant go in your bank account to take it out.

if you haven't earnt the money they have every right to take you to court if you refuse to give it back, saying you've spent it will be no excuse they'll get u to pay back in instalments,weather they'll bother to get it back or even notice they've given it you is another matter

nope just looks the same as every other one ive had! nothing out of the ordinary, they are thick as shit any way for my first 8 months there they didnt charge me for live in accomadation, let alone they didnt even think i was living in! lol

weather its their mistake or not u cant keep the money, if they notice and they want it back, u will have to give it back,its the law, otherwise its like saying if they pay you 1million instead of 1thousand they have to give it to you cos its their mistake
