Also i had this problem with 3 mobile, called up and i just politely said ' Im afraid i cannot understand a word of what you are saying, could you please pass me onto an english person, i dont wish to be rude but i just cant understand you at all'
I got cut off without another word being said so called back, complained about that and my phone, they sent me a top of the range free phone to say sorry

Dont get the non turbo mate, you will regret it in the long run. Dont get me wrong, the A3 is a great car but i wouldnt even consider the 1.6 or 1.8 Sports.
Insurance was actually very reasonable with these i was very shocked. Try adding a parent on the policy who has full no claims and no pending points/accidents recently. Can make a huge difference.
We are with Admiral and never ever had a problem with their customer service.

ahhhh. Well, its up to you at the end of the day, being an owner of the T sport, id advise against the 1.8 but seeing as your age influences this, maybe it might be best. Just be careful of the costs of running an audi, parts can be very very expensive
