Hopefully someone will know what to do, basically i'm after the numberplate S60 UGH and i've looked on the DVLA site where u can buy them but it's not on there and i've had a trawl through some of those in the back of magazines but all to no luck...

So basically, how do i find it? do i use something like the DVLA site where i pay 2.50 and provide a reason for finding the persons reg and locations (this is the page) and even then, what do i do about acquiring it say the current owner is willing to sell?

thanks
