AAA 123 A style plates are only available direct from the DVLA at auction, otherwise you'll need to find something private or at a place like newreg, regtransfers etc.
Can I ask what you're after? Are you sure there's isn't an A 1 AAA type plate that you can get cheaper from DVLA which will do the job?

Also, if you buy a private reg for a let's say a 98 year car, you can't have an 03 or a 51 plate (this being a private one from auction)on it etc? or can you?

under no circumstances can you make a car appear younger but you can hide its age with a dateless/irish numberplate

its for a mate, i know about not making the car appear younger. basically he has a taxi vesrion two of the new styles and he wanted it like this
irish style TXI 1and any other 3 numbers but has to be that 1 to put together to make TXII
old prefix: TXI 1 00A again same as above
