so can anyone point me in the right direction of a good insurance company. I'm 18 w/ 1 years ncb! naturally the car is going to be modified. Already tried Adrian Flux and im too young and Liverpool Victoria dont do mods anymore.

Dont fancy paying over £2k. best ive had so far is £1600 with Bell direct but that was on a 10 bonus accelerator

£1600 not bad, payed £2k f/c with 6 months driving exp, 0 ncb when I was 19.. shocking!! I'm paying £1300 f/c wih year n a half driving exp, 1 ncb + 3 points at 20 yrs old

I think i will probs go with the £1600 but i want to shop around just incase i can get it cheaper! what company were those qoutes with?

yeh the £1600 quote was done before getting the car! its still cheaper than what i paid on my 1.2 8v last year!

seems to be much more expensive whebn u have stuck a 1.6 in a 1.2. mine is way more than i thot after getting a quote for a standard 1.6 for £600 fc

I wont get insurance with Tescos! Ive seen the ads on TV and I dont think i could do it to those shopping trollies!

well first year I went thru a company called Hyperformance and payed £2k.. this yr I'm with Sainsbury's but I shudnt be as I'm under 21 yrs old but as they gave me a quote they had to honor it
