I dont bother taking the rear wheels off, i jacks it up at the sill, undo the damper bolt and push the wheel down and pull the spring out

Thats my aim, ill do one of the fronts tomorrow if i can be bothered, but my dampers dont match the springs i am using so the car is sitting on the bumpstops. fell free to put this in tutorials admin.
