Ive used parcel2go twice now, both times stating collection between 9 and 5:30, first time the courier came at about 5, and the second time, well im still waiting.
I know they arent really doing anything wrong because they state until 5:30 but its a bit of a piss take. Plus im bored waiting so thought I would have a moan on here

all depends where you are on their 'route'
When I get packages from CityLink I ALWAYS get them just after 8:20am because of where I am on the route.
when I order stuff to work, always comes at 11am... etc.

I had four failed collections from Parcel2Go. Waiting for the item to be delivered, and then i'm going to ask for my money back.

i was a courier until last friday, and the route duz make a difference to the time u get stuff.
i used to ignore my collections and no1 seemed to care. when i eventually went on the 2nd or 3rd request i'd just blame the office staff.
its a crap thankless job, thats why no1 gives a toss

Parcel2go are a bit hit and miss as they are an agent who use the likes of DHL etc to collect, usually its a lack of comms between the 2 which leads to misse pick ups.
I've worked for UPS for 6 years, very challenging but a good laugh and enjoyable. I do in the region of 100 drops a day and had the misfurtune to harrassed by SteveW on some occasions.
Its amazing the amount of people who pay for the standard service but complain because they wanted it early and wouldnt pay for the pre 12 delivery
