People need to know about peoples bad experience, as I wouldn't want to do business with a company that has bad service.
People are allowed to voice an opinion

slander does not apply to personal opinon. The individual is expessing an opinion on his experience. To be liable to slander (liable in the case of the written word) the aligations need to be unture. And aligations need to be made.

What ever happened to illusion autostyling, still trading? Cossvaux still run a 4 page ad in Total Vauxhall, so it can't be all bad.

Reality is if CossVaux want to sue him, he could always claim it was his grandmother being silly, as there is no evidence to suggest he posted it up himself.

fact of the matter is, its still not decided if what you say on public forums is liable or not!

As has been said above it would be very hard to prove, therefore unlikly.

In this case the poster is talking from his own experiance and is only giving his own point of view.... nothing wrong with that!
