his names gregg valentino and he used to write rambling freak in muscular development mag (good mag but hard to find),, he knows hes a freak but hes also 1 massive nutcase,,but has a problem with shiting his pants a lot lol,,,

Yeah but its not steroids, it's Synthol (site enhancing oil).
Injecting steroids into your bicep wouldn't do that.

all the old skool bodybuilders were more about aesthetics. These days its all about pure size. Check out ronnie coleman and jay cutler, massive compared to bodybuilders of the 70's
