the nice people at o2 are to55ers

upgraded my fone for free and they said the money wud be taken from my account then refunded bk 2me, well they took the money and still i dont see my £120

i rang them up and they are about as useful as well a flat tyre on an F1 car, and to top it all off i cant get on my online account either

did they take it by direct debit?

If so read you direct debit instructions.

If they mistake they have to refund you with in so many days.
