has anyone else seen these advertised on the tv? what i wana know is is how are these inteligent? i mean what the hell do they do? and how much do they cost?

You can get em for £170 and the idea is they take into account your weight, height, weight distribution, surface your on and adjust the shoe accordingly....Still a big gimmick tho

Well they have a computer programmed chips. So for things to go tits up. A whole lot of punishment will have to take place. But I'm guessing that's already covered in the testing before deployment.

I am sure ur right that they are just a gimmick but if they do acctually do this i think that people like nurses who are on their feet all day might be helped by them. I know when i am standing about alot at work something like that might help ease pressure and stuff.
