I wud, my mate had his wisdom teeth come through ignored it & it ended up pushing out 3 of his other teeth

This is only one tooth and it does'nt hurt, just annoying feels like I have a bit of bubble gum stuck on the back of my teeth

ive had two coming through for a while but they seem to have stopped, and the other two have just started poking through. Not hurting yet though, but yeah, if they do, go straight down the dentist, heard loads of bad stories.

Yesh you only really need to worry if they are upside down, sideways or pushing into other teeth. I had one removed a couple of years ago from the bottom of the jaw and these ones are the most difficult to remove.

Problem comes if they are growing the wrong way (like coming through the gums sideways), then they decay more easily and leaves the nerve exposed and liable to damage. I've got two top ones that need to come out now

i had all 4 taken out, they never hurt tho, i could just feel them coming out, and my mouth was too busy to be having another 4!

i still got the buggers, who wants pics

when mine came through i just left it, 1 week later i was fucking ill, the pain was so bad i had to take the strongest painkillers you can legally get on prescription, couldnt feel anything in my mouth or throat for a few weeks and had no energy to do anything

i got taken advantage of
