what the heck does 'buffing' mean?
Ie when you have to "buff to a shiny finish".
Is it some sort of technique or some special cloth I have to use?
Opening myself up for naughty reples but what the hell Adam can just delete it

Rub real hard or get a buffing machine or an attachment for your drill. Take care not to scratch it

yopu get a buffer fro your shoes that you use say a couple of days after you've polished them just to make them shine up again so i suppose if you polished your car and then buffed it up the next day or day after it would shine again
