Bet that isn't real. Probably part of an old ad campaign. Like the one where the little kid gets knocked down in the street, and the NHS one where the guy falls down the stairs.

The 1st pic the guy is in front of the car already & neither he or the driver seem aware the other person is there.
Mind you if you look the guy even took the time to look in a mirror to see if he looked good whilst being mown down
