Grey area , some places do a pre-cat test on imports before 95 but other places do a cat test , it all depends on the tester.

oooo i just found out it will pass due to following
the pulsar is not on the lists for testing emmisions. if a car is not on thier list, they have to treat the car as a pre Aug 1992, therefore test as a non cat car.

it's '95 onwards that imports need to have a cat...before that it's just 3.5% CO at idle
what year is yours?

93, but mine burns oil on the rotor tips so will never pass emisions , can turn the levels down on the Apexi Power FC but allot of hassel.
