driving along the road minding my own business when some woman drives out a junction straight into the side of me and pushes me round and onto the pavement narrowly avoiding a lamp post

car doesnt look that bad but i think it could be worse than it looks, both passenger side doors are bashed in and it looks like there are ripples or dents or whatever you want to call them allong the chassis under and inside the doors

the woman phoned her insurance company and admitted liability which is a good thing, i phoned mine and they told me people would be in contact. but car is only worth about 1k or less, so do u recon they will write it off? if so how long til i will know what they are doing u recon? never had a crash before so i dunno what goes on!

Get your side of the story clear in your headjust to be on the safe side and let your insurance company deal with the rest.

Shes admited liability so thats obviously good for you. Are you fully comp?

She is to blame you will get what the car is worth if its a write off, if its highly modified get a propper value put to your car, i managed to get over £4000 of repairs done on a GSI, they dont normally repair things if the damage is 65ish% the value of the car i just argued the toss and they agreed the car was worth fixing, mine was only cosmetic though
