Seen a few of these style vans in Japan. Can't remember the name they're given now. The artwork on the sides can be very impressive

No didn't see any in Tokyo either, strangely. Seen 2 parked in Sapporo tho. And 1 driving through Toyamura (but wasn't that fancy)
This was 3 years ago, just before the 2002 World Cup.
