In no response to jodis thread either!!
Got head hunted to work for a neighbouring farm this summer!

3000 acres and i shall be 2nd in charge out of 5,
last years was 1500 acres and i was 4/5!

heres what i shall be operating:

all good fun!!

and before anyone says ooo aaa, yes i live in the country and have been brought up on a farm all my life!!

there a piece of piss to drive untill the computer starts flashing then i shit meself!

This will be my 5th harvest driving!
Sounds sad but its an enjoyable job, get to drive something big and fun all the traffic moves out the way!

7am starts till sometimes 2am the next day can be a bit hard to cope with at times!!
But missus comes out at night with kfc ha ha!!

Following on, looks like i have the job and there paying me £2 an hour more than i got at the other farm lasr year.
BUT

the machinery has changed i couldnt beleive it this is the new 2005 spec:
