http://www.passplus.org.uk/
always regretted not doing my pass plus, my misses just passed her test and she is doing pass plus and she told me you can do pass plus any time, i said no its within a year of you passing. She was correct http://www.passplus.org.uk/
has this changed?
I have been on my fathers insurance for 2 years and on my renewal i might go on my own name, having a pass plus will lower it quite alot. so have the rules changed???
Cheers

Id still do it personally. Ive just renewed my insurance, and how many times have you been asked when doing insurance quotes 'have you completed pass plus IN THE FIRST YEAR' ?
None would be my guess. If youve completed pass plus you've done it and you'll get a bit knocked off your insurance. Worth a go IMO.

Get a quote, note price.
Get a quote again and change no pass plus to pass plus, note price.
If any difference in price is more than pass plus would cost to do, do pass plus.

The other one is to join the Institute of Advanced Motorists or do an advanced driving course.
