explain to her she is suppossed to have areas of fat storage, its how the females body works. Fluctuations in hormones will make her weight go up and down.

The thing is shes not fat at all, its some kind of invisible to man fat she has she goes to the gym at least 3 times a week and does intense cardio work.

Well all you can do is compliment her on her body etc, although i guess she might turn around and just say "your biased".

Or you could post pics of her on here and all the pervs will leave comments that will boost her ego a bit perhaps? or at least realise she aint a heffer.

fook knows what it is with them, mines seems to think she is blump, when she has nothing there.....

what worked with mines was telling her what over dieting can do... tell a few silly lies that women wouldnt know jack about, but with a few truths it scared her of the diet
