How fast is the workbench? I doubt it needs grooved discs to slow it down...

i painted my front discs dark green but for some reason the paint has come off

i shall remember to bring my sunglasses to donny incase im parked next to you!!
need to sort rear discs for belgium trip as drums will get stuffed and not be enough ha ha!!
