Had my corsa for a week now, insured myself on a provisional lisence through quote-a-car (actually holdsure). I didn't declare any modifications. Just wondering if alloys are classed as a modifiication? They were on it when I got it...

They are perceived as adding value to a car, and make it more attractive to thieves. Be certain, and let your insurers know.

Yep, I declared mine but decided not to insure them...turns out after a couple of years, i'd be paying double what my alloys are actually worth
