Got a new screen in today, and want to check it's working so need to connect up to a live and earth. Where can i find one that's easy to get to? Would the battery terminals work?

yes but make sure you run a fuse in the live wire

so i connect the red wire to the + terminal and the black to the - ? and what size fuse should i use?

Black can go to any ground on the car. Dont ness have to be directly connected to the -ve terminal on the battery.

is there a fuse with the screen?? if not look in the documentation for the screen

the black wire can be secured to and bare piece of metal on the car, eg sand paint off a bit of metal so its bare and self tap a screw into it and put the wire under the screw
