Are we gonna have little red circles with white c's around the site's busier places, and charge people per day they spend in there? That would ease congestion...

Here's my story -
Two weeks ago, sat at traffic lights in a a queue of cars, I get hit from behind by a Ford Fiasco. He shunts me into a BMW.
After sorting a car out after 3 days of having no transport, I get one, and the car is repaired. they fix the mis-alligned front Air Dam, sort my rattling exhaust. the car was borderline write-off, so I was incredibly happy when it came back better than before.
Today is my 24th birthday. I've got an appointment with the physio about my still aching neck.
Last night however, approaching a busy motorway roundabout in the dark in the snow, I hit a car. My fault this time. The guy is cool and says don't worry about it. I drive off too, as only my headlight and bumper is loose, but then realise the temp guage is rising through the roof.
I pull over.
I phone the AA who don't want to know, then home, no answer, mums mobile, no answer, dads, switched off, brothers - switched off. 30 mins later I get my bro to sort a tow via my insurance, who arrive 2 hours later. I'm freezing my ass off at this point!
I get towed home by 8pm (left work at 5:30) and this morning, cancel the claim to the insurance, and see my car being towed again to the repair place.
Looking at it in the light, the bumper hit a tow-bar on the car infront, went in, scewed the radiator (water won't stay in) and has knocked the mountings off the passenger headlight and that side of the bumper.
the radiator is in a curve in the engine bay.
I only hope its cheap to fix. My insurance excess is £300 and I've 3 years n.c.b hence the private fix.
Sympathy welcome!
