I need a favour...

I'm trying to find out whats happening with my suspension which I sent nearly 2 months ago to them to be refurbed, yet STILL I've not heard anything back, nor are they replying to my calls...

threaten them wiv trading standards !!! and turn it into an escolated call be a bastard and demand to speak to a manager !! i work in a call centre and wen that happens things are dealt wiv quicker !!

There at some Classic Car show thing this weekend... well thats what they said earlier!

Will ring em tomorrow after work if I still aint heard anything!
