I really want another corsa.. but id build a real sleeper of a 2lt.. coilovers big brakes on 15s maybe a wee gsi look a like.. but shud i sell the golf and do this and forget about how cars look? or sell the golf after summer and get something bigger? maybe bmw coupe?

if you need to get about still then keep the golf, buy a non-runner corsa, get an engine, collect the bits in stages, then flog the golf after you're happy with the corsa

yeah mate.
even with it being off the road for a while for a couple of different reasons, it was well worth the effort when your behind the wheel.
far quicker than my old civic vti was which supposedly had more power. quicker than a standard 1.8t mk4.

not had any direct races as such, but it's pretty quick.
i'd keep this over a kitted golf unless the golf was faster.
