No, flat rate of £11-£13k p/a depending on experience then if targets met a £250-£500 bonus. I have worked there for a year, a year ago, so if i get it then hopefully i'll start on the higher end of the pay.

bastards. Due to bad weather, the systems are downs so they cant conduct any interviews this morning. They might phone me back later if they're up and running, but if not Saturday at 9am
