any better/quicker way of returning em to normal, arms are buggered, thought i'd have a workout at the weekend wish i haven't now

You need a variety of nutrition, protein, carbs, EFA's etc... but protein is the key.
Chicken, turkey, tuna, egg whites (majority of fat is in the yolk), milk etc

The diet is just as important, if not more, than lifting the weights. I consume protein every 2-3 hours... its a struggle.

yea, just eat meat and drink milk i guess,
and get ur carbs up.

but to ease the ache, i guess a warm bath to soothe the ache
