2k for the tb's, with decent cams and management you will be looking at 3-4k for a good setup to see over 200bhp!
Or just buy the direct to head tb's that are £1500 adn that will see 170-180 bhp

dont go near regal, go with sbd or wallace performance
go to migweb and mig torque, see olly hewitts latest post he fitted direct to head tb's on his xe and got 190 bhp i think!!

got no problems with building the engine myself just wondered roughly how much they r gona cost for a set and all mapped up, do u put a rough map on when u first put them on just to get it running

i would suggest getting the sbd kits, they do 195 etc and 208 i beleive that has everything that you need to carry out the job and then a few hours mapping it!

direct to head with 256deg fast road cams will run on a standard ecu. will be shit but it will run
