Try pressing the interactive button, >sky enquiries> technical help> sky remote> set up remote control> set up to operate tv, select your make of tv, follow the instructions to program the remote using the correct code.

not all the codes are there.

plus if ur tv is a new model...plasma.lcd etc then sky dont usually have the codes to work it.. or u have to buy a new 2004>onwards sky remote to make them work.
