I havent had my phone long, i got it off the 02 website, its broken, keeps turning its self off and wont turn back on , does anyone know where i can send it to get fixed or anything or can i go into the 02 shop

Go to the o2 shop near you with your invoice to prove you bought it an they will send it off.
You might not get a cover phone tho

go to ure nearest carphone warehouse with ure recipt

they are dedicated nokia service centres and will repair ure fone on site

a hard software update is what CPW will do first......

if that doesnt work, then they will offer a replacement (normally a 14 day return fone)

Ive had nothing but problems with mine but im not sending it off cos my store wont give a replacement so im living with a shit phone an carrying my old one round incase it breaks
its a pain in the fcuking arse

ure store wont give a replacement? u still got a recipt? take it to CPW and tell them the problems with it. by law, the customer is always right haha

Charlene- the fone is a nokia, CPW are a nokia service centre! they will repair it IF you have some sort of proof that uve bought it 1st hand and it aint robbed etc.

Cutecorsangel- get ures fixed from O2 then. just take it to a store with ure proof of purchase (if u have 1) and tell them the problems...u can also do the same as charlene as welll tho by taking it to CPW, wuld rather go through insurance tho if its insured!
