dont know where the best place is to post a question like this? someone point me in the right direction?

Basically i got a pc with not alot of rubbish on it and its running soooo slow.

2.6ghz 256 DDR ram.



here is my system when there is only 2 or 3 programs open!

How do i get more out of my pc? any sort of programs?




Do i need more ram? if yes what ram do i buy ? DDR but what mhz???

upgrade your memory, to at least 512mb, or if you can afford it 1024mb

do a general clear up too.

defrag,temp files etc.
