take out the heat proof thing on the inside of the bonnet????

justwondering cos mine is ripped and some clips are broken so i was wondering is it ok to take it off and would it do anything??

well the new corsas dnt have 1

and ma mate has a corsa b wi a c20 let and he dont have 1 either so ahd say yes
