Work in a big call center for a bank.....

Had this knob asking to waive a fee. I said no as its in the T+C's

He asks for manager and dadar fee wavied!

This really fucking piss's me off!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ohhh just a bit! And the mgr told me to tell him as he "cunt" be arsed! The guy was laughing i nearly "Adjusted his account"

I like argueing (SP) on the phone as you cant see how big they are!!!

I found later that he works for our rival so i had the last laugh!

Moral of the post: SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!

I had a conversation not so long ago with Barclays but they didn't refund the charge, had to go to the branch and complain there instead.

It all depends on the mgr's TBH. there are a feew that would back you up then there are the rest that cant be arsed ague'in the toss!!! I am a cunt on fee's etc but i am fair. If there taking the piss they aint getting fuck all off me!
