400ml of water with one egg...

Then add the packet of pancake mix....

Stir untill no lumps and isnice and smooth... gently oil frying pan then pour some pancake stuff that u have mixed and then thin it out and then cook untill agolden brown....

4 oz (110 g) plain flour,
2 large eggs,
7 fl oz (200 ml) milk mixed with 3 fl oz (75 ml) water
pinch of salt

2 oz (50 g) butter
