nba is four quaters of 12 minutes each ...

college basketball is two halves of 20 minutes each

we used to play different, depending if we were pushed for time on the court, mainly it was 4 quarters of 12 mins, but sometimes we played 2 halves of rolling clock (clock didnt stop even when the ball was out of play!)

yep when the ball goes out of play or someone is fouled the clock is stopped

it's not the best but will give you some basic knowledge and stuff ... although it says stuff in there like the time for each quater is 10 mins which is shit
