I've got that same car, came with the M3 shell. Just follow the supplied DVD and there you are, done. basicly its 2 tanks on idle with wheels off the ground and then 3 more tanks at gentle throttle as per the instructions on the DVD. Then you need to tune it up. Maybe 2 hours to get it all done?

don't know much about the nitros but may have to have it idling a bit higher than normal to keep revs up as i know that they can cut out easily

I would be tempted to leave it more than 2 tankfulls. They run at very high revs and seem to be fond of eating piston linings.

i would be more tempted to run 10 tanks through it, say 5 at idle and 5 at LOW revs

and of the .10 .12 etc engines are so rev happy they need to be run in really really well
