whats the best thing to eat when you keep being sick?

Eat a dodgy kebab last night after a night out! I havent been sick for about 8 years!

Tried eating toast and then a sandwich, thats now in the toilet,
im starving but dnt wnna bring it up again!!

i buy salt and shake crisps and throw the salt away and just have em plain

bread/toast is about the best thing mate and a few bananna's are good too, to glue up your belly and help you shit properly if you have the squits

although just generally drink water/tea (little/no milk) and just let it pass through mate

Crisps are normally the only thing i can keep down, McCoys are good

Either that or take Ant-acid tablets, they apparently work, never tried tho

lemonade is good too, so if you do bring it up again, it at least tastes sweet
