I had an accident on Friday 21st January. The woman who crashed into the back of my car has accepted it was her fault.
How long do you reckon it should take for the company to pay out as the car is probably gonna be wrote off??

Depends how quick she is to return statement forms etc
I hit somebody at 5mph and they said they had torn shoulders and internal injuries (basically taking the piss) so I took the piss and waited nearly 3 months before I filled out any forms
It happened in Oct and it still hasn't been settled
