i personally think hes heard about mrs dave and the prospect of meeting her at the christmas party has urged him to pay you more and create you a position. This way he gets the bets of both worlds

to meet mrs dave the bum brownie and have you do all the work!!


Seriously good luck mate, my missus works for BMB who supply all the suits to burtons, topman, debenhams etc and loves it!
She does it part time though as at college most of the week!
