My old Corsa has had some use now and im finding that the bloody doors wont stay open when you come to get out, really annoying too as I have bucket seats! What parts do I need to replace in the door to get it back to factory click click if you gets me?

door check arms tomas. thats the 'tongue' bit

my drivers side one doesn't stay open or lock at any of the positions
passenger side one clicks/cracks very loudly when it's opened.

i'd be interested to see how much they cost.

I'll let you know when I get some. My mate smashed her forhead the otherday trying to climb out of high sided buckets and the door closed on her head!! LOL, its getting anoying now.

Bet they cost a bomb!! Might look round scrappies for a young/low mileage corsa B and steal the passenger ones as they should have the least use. Fingers crossed they are not sided so I could use one for drivers too. Mines a 5door though so might have different part #'s.

Good thinking - i'll strip down the doors when I can and take a peek see if they are the same.
