Bilstein Streetline are very similar to factory shocks, the Spax ones will be stiffer.

Bushes not brushes, these are the bits of rubber or polyurethane which are fitted to the joints in your suspension. You only need them if the current ones are failing through wear, of you're not happy with how tight the ride is. Poly ones can be noisy.

Anti-roll bars are bars that join together the suspension on the two sides of the car to reduce roll, demonstrated here by a Fiat

You can't just slap one one and get magically better handling as less roll usually means more understeer. You need to pay very careful attention to all the factors throughout the whole car to make sure you're not making handling worse.

I personally am not going to run one on my track car as there are benefits to the weight rolling around, especially if the back is doing it.

If you want a smooth ride stay on standard stuff, lowering reduces suspension travel so you get less distance to absorb the road surface.

That said, motorway miles are not the most taxing of road and you won't see much difference between standard and uprated stuff in that sort of driving.
