i ordered an FK suspension kit from them, nearly three weeks ago now, a rang them 2 weeks ago to ask when it would come.

they said the delivery would be with them on friday.

just rung them, and asked, and its till not with them. and they cant tell me when it will be.

where do i stand, can i cancell the order as they didnt tell me it would be this long wait. They took the money from my account straight way!

Check out the distance selling regulations, but you won't get anywhere by being shitty with the guys on the end of the phone.

Be polite and explain how upset you are that the goods are taking longer to arrive than normal, etc.

Try to work with them and you'll be in for an easier life.

as far as I know it's illegal to take the money from someones account before the goods have been despatched. I'd kindly mention that to them over the phone if asking for a refund.

When I ordered my suspension from them I waited 2 weeks before calling and asked why there was a delay, was told to wait another week due to the kits being imported from Germany...

Companies can allow up to 28 days (IIRC) before processing a refund.

sounds about right an all, they can take it as quick as their lil fat fingers can type but giving it back takes longer

i have rung them, i am never shitty to people as many times it not there fault, which in this case its not (possibly).

it is not the wait that is bothering me. if it had stated on the website that extended delivery period is expected, or if they could give me a date for delivery that would be fine.

but if they are not delivered within in the next week i can cancell the order under the distance sellers act of (2000) as they have 30days.
