But dont touch a PC that you've put together yourself. Its like buying a Corsa with a LET and a full Combat Kit. It performs, looks OTT and you didn't do any of it by yourself.

I found somewhere to host my pics, so heres a pic with a flash

true true, but unlike tiny and time, alienware pcs actually work straight out of the box too (if os is installed) plus they use the best components going and you know that it isnt going to be shit. However, yes you probably could build them a bit cheaper - but if i knew someone that was on the look out for a new powerful pc, and didnt no squat, then i would point them in the direct of alienware

Silver Zorro Case, comes with a 400W PSU but that was sold on and upgraded. Can get them for about £25 now. Have a look a my other pics as they have updated the front and side of the case and some other manufactures make a similar model etc....

The rest of the internals came mainly from a new compaq presario PC. You just add cold cathodes lights, LED feet, and fans etc..later on.

They can all be turned off via a switch, but it aint a problem as the PC is in the spare room lol.

It's not hard to do. Just takes a little time and prep work. You can even spray paint inside the case before installing any components for a different finish. Takes time to get all the wiring neat and tidy and it also helps with the look and air flow. You can fit 7 fans in the case and it's relatively quiet and cool. Motherboard connections and firewire can be a bitch to sort as they are all seperate connectors and the motherboard one originally was in one block. Took a while and bit of common sense to work out. Same can be said for most cases. If your not sure, have a look on the net and have a little go. I barely touched the insides of a PC before and it aint to difficult once you get going.

Pretty much yes, most cases accept multiple board sizes. Just think of them as slightly larger cases with a little more room for expansion than normal Pre built systems.

Dell PCs have Motherboards and PSUs that will only fit in Dell cases. I don't know about Packard Bell, but its worth looking into before you get a new case.

www.savrow.co.uk & www.voodoopc.com Are better than Alienware. Though they are same price no really paying for the comp itself is support and extras you get with it.

And to an extent falconorthwest though they american they do worldwide deliveries and i like their fragbook as they customise it with any colour car paint availabkle.

Thats the backing plate on the back of your case which guides where the different ports from your MOBO should sit on the case. Most of the time it should just be a plate that can snap off the case and be snapped into the new case without a problem. If you need a deeper explaination feel free to ask.

www.savrow.com r tons more than an alienware lol hence why i didnt get one - i also manged to get a very good deal on my alienware considering the spec it helps when u know ppl .etc... also thing is the build quality of aleinware, just look inside...

http://www.voodoopc.com - i was tempted by them but they r mainly US and one of my mates had one in the US and he told me about all these problems he had with it so i was a tad unsure.... tbh its not wats on the outside its wats inside and mine's rather tasty
