one other thing to bair in mind mate, you might not suffer for it straight away (although you have by the sound of it).
Maybe 20-40 years down the line, it might affect you, and you'll be paying for a specialist, and also bitter that you didnt claim against the dear that went up the back of you.

Insurance claims are thrown up by scum bags who don't bother with it. People who steals cars young w*nkers who can't drive and think they are michael fc*king shumacher.

I'm gonna see how I am in a few days.

Thats why they are quotes are so expensive - do u really thinkl if someone claims for £3000 it comes out of the insurances pocket- It comes out of us lot who pay high premiums.

We are getting like america who claim for everything. Just deal with it I say

Agreed, but what happens to poor Alex in 25 years time, discovers he needs treatment for his back due to an earlier injury?

We're not talking about Someone whos fat sueing mc donalds, if he has genuinly suffered pain, claim for it.

Alex mate, ignore all the fuck-tards saying "please don't claim. my insurance will go up"....my advice to them is, wake up and smell the coffee fools, insurance companies are out to screw you in the arse full stop, him claiming a couple of grand is hardly going to affect us!! To be honest I would rather someone genuine and british claiming in this country for a change. Get what you can I say mate and if you need any help you know where I am, I know all the right things to say remember...."ooooh yes that hurts, right there Dr"

I would claim for as much as i can, it was someone elses fault so deffo go for it.

Ignore ppl that say "don't claim" as it puts everyones insurance up, just do it

i were in the work van, pulled up behind this new fiesta at a junction in bradford, about 6ft gap between front of my van and him , then it rolled back a bit so i tooted my horn , then the reverse lights come on and he kangerood straight back into front of my van , so i jump out and then this guy about a 1000 years old gets out and checks his bumper out then says "an accident" then jumps in his car and speds off , i couldn`t` belive my eyes.

made me chuckle tho.
