All depends on your type of lifestyle i guess if your on your feet alway at work or sitting at a desk.

I do situps most days, press ups, footie sunday night and gym 2-3 times a week 
Joggin to and from the gym, boxing (started with boxing ball) and considering kick boxing

Aye moderate exercise, walking the dog, swimming, jogging etc
