my dad said that to me too , i had a mahoosive argument ,but i got a 1.2 corsa which i wanted.

then when i bought a gutted gsi he went skitz , i had to keep out of his way for about a week

Im afraid he is right, cjances are you will prang your first car, hence why its not worth getting anthing too decent .
As someone else said, you could get a nova for 400 stick some alloys on etc,could be worse

i still say you can sick that tone up ya... hmm downpipe.

but yea just suffer with a nova, clean it up, drop it low and save them NCB's then go mental. you know it makes sence.
