I sent a cheque to koni at colourtec coachworks about 2 weeks ago for some coilovers and the money was taken out my account last wednesday.

He said to me they were sent out on thurs an were next day delivery but still havent recieved anything and cant get hold of him.

What should i do? Anyone else had problems with him?

And also does anyone have his tel no. ?

What coilovers were they? Most stuff takes a little while to come and maybe he meant that they were sent from his supplier on thurs.

ring up and tell him you are concerned about the delivery of the coilovers.

Ask him for a consignment number and the name of the company who will be delivering said items.

If he cannot provide this information tell him you are going to inform the bank.

I'm having the same problem but with another supplier.

I only want to pick up some springs for my Tigra.

I cant understand why some of these people seem to do thier best to ruin thier reputation

if they are FK, then expect a wait of 2-3 weeks anyway as they have to come from Germany. As im waiting for mine just now

They are fk but just front coilovers that were brand new, i think he had them from something and didnt need them.

rang him again and he said he was waiting fro the currior company to phone back.

Now waited another 20 mins and try calling and no answer then, goes to fax then get engaged!

Whats he playing at!!!?

Anyone else had problems with him?
