How many seperate positive battery connections should there be on the battery? Atm i only have 1, but ive found another black wire...ive put it on...but now my battery is dead from doing it.

the alarm made a little sweaky noise too

Ive got 2 on mine, one of them should be from the alternator.

I dont know why my battery has gone dead though i carnt get a jump start untill tonight....

is it normal for everything to not be working when the battery is showing 0.20 volts? or should i get dim lights?

you will get fuck all with 0.20 volts mate, wouldnt suprise me if that battery is fucked mind! also how long has it been disconnected and left standing? (the battery)

my mate jump started it yesterday.

Before i connected the 2nd black lead i found, it was reading 11.80 volts.Afder i connected it, it went down to 0.20volts

next to the battery is the siren for the alarm, i heard a small poppoing noise coming from it when i made the connection...maybe i sign everything will work when i jump start is tonight

If after you connected it, it dropped to 0.2 volts then its not holding a charge.

Its not all about the volts, its about the amps. If you keep having to get jump starts once u have everything going, you need to get a new battery.
